Returns

We hope that you receive the goods you ordered in good condition, however occasionally things do go wrong. Should we supply an incorrect item or we have short delivered a product or part please notify us immediately, and no later than 7 days from receipt of the goods. We will then collect and replace the item.

Goods arriving damaged must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, and all goods and packaging must be retained for inspection. If there is obvious indication of damage on delivery then the delivery note must state that the goods arrived damaged. In this instance please then notify us as soon as possible and no later than 3 days after receipt. In the event that the delivery note was signed but NOT marked “damaged on receipt” then we cannot be held responsible for damage in transit.

Goods cannot be accepted for return without our prior consent. Subject to your statutory rights, we are unable to accept returns for “non-stock” or “made to order items” under any circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, these items are clearly highlighted and marked as “made to order” when they are added to the basket. These items are also marked with lead times of 10-15, or 20-25 working days.

All items not marked as made to order as described above, which the buyer then decides they no longer require may be returned at the buyers expense for a full credit providing, they are returned to us within 7 days, they are in new, unused and undamaged condition and they are in its original packaging. Return Carriage will not be refunded. Failure to meet these conditions will mean that, at our discretion, either a part credit will be given or the goods will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be provided.

The return address will be given along with the authorisation for return. Due to the nature of the products we sell returns should be made by a suitable door to door transport service and not a parcel courier. We will quote a collection charge if you are unable to source suitable transport. Risk in any returned goods remains with the buyer until they are delivered back to our premises, or the premises of our suppliers.
